Please notice:  Not all of our items can be returned. Collectible sneakers, laces with custom tips, and uniquely numbered clothing can not be returned. We describe these exceptions at its product pages. Use this return form to register your return of laces, keychains, merchandise or sneaker maintenance items. These items must be returned unused and including original packaging within 14 days after receiving.

Our return process:

1. Register your return by using the form below.
2. We will let you know if you can indeed return your items. Sneakers can not be returned. You will receive the postal address to return your items to.
3. Print the return form, you will receive this by e-mail automatically. Add the form to your items in the package.
4. Return your items within 14 days. Please ensure the package will arrive savely. We recommend to ship with track and trace. The return shipment is at your own risk. You have to cover the return costs.
5. After we received your items well, we will process your return and will refund your money within 14 days. Of course we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. Your money will be refunded to your IBAN-account. If you checked out by using PayPal, the refund will be fulfilled through PayPal.

If you do not meet the above conditions and / or the return process, then unfortunately we cannot handle the return shipment. No exceptions are made to this.
